Management = Chess
In the organisation you have to make strategy for achieve organisation’s goal. In chess you also have to be fake and strategical, your all moves have to be strange and strong. In Market competition you have to be prepared for unexpected risk and make wise use of all those, what you have and respond it politely to win market. One most important thing for management and chess is that never underestimate the small things which happened around to you. Because one single pawn is able to checkmate the king and one single & simple employee can drag the organisation to shutter down. Many times it happens in the organisation that you have to be quite even if you are not guilty because your silence earns respect to many and your silence has power to avoid unexpected problem. Same thing happens in chess many times you have to move back to grab big advantage So at the time of moving back don’t loose your self-respect.
